Now I’m not one to give praise easily, and I don’t write testimonials normally. I usually find that even when I pay for something I often don’t get what I should have but I have to say that Josh and Texas Fair Offers really came though for us.  We ended up with one too many houses and not enough time and money to fix both.  Josh contacted us after an email blast I sent out and thought if given a few days he could find a buyer, he even had one in mind.  He promised to keep the house under contract only a short time if he couldn’t sell it and he started marketing it right away.  We needed an all-cash closing in two weeks and Texas Fair Offers found us a buyer.  The contract and one addendum went back and forth easy as pie over email.  Just a couple of calls and we were done.  Everyone stayed true to their word and even when there turned out to be a problem with financing we still sold the house just a couple of days after expected.  I’d do another deal with these guys in a heartbeat and there aren’t too many I can say that about.  They sure came though for us when we needed the help.

I was directed to Tallbridge Real Estate when the first buyer of my property failed to fund. Even as a seasoned real estate salesperson, that is a tough pill to swallow. Your plans get completely thwarted and it can really throw you into a tailspin. Already skeptical of “investors” and “cash buyers”, I took a chance on them out of sheer desperation. Tallbridge came out same day and looked at my property. By the end of that day, I had an offer that actually exceeded the price on my original contract!

My second hurdle was I needed to close fast. This was not an easy prospect, given my neighborhood has very stringent rules and restrictions. Josh worked hard to meet my needs.
