Why Steve and Josh?

We first met in 2004 while working for a technology recruitment company and became fast friends. More than a decade later we are family – our kids are like cousins. One morning a few years ago over a pancake breakfast with our sons we started talking about creating a legacy for our family, doing something that actually mattered and that we could be proud of.

We wanted to be remembered for our contributions to making the world a better place more so than the dollars in our bank account all while doing something we really love: real estate. So three months after that breakfast we found ourselves doing exactly what we are doing now.

Josh Alter

Josh Alter, Owner

In September 2016, I left an amazing career in the corporate world. I had worked for nearly 15 years with various companies climbing the ladder in IT recruitment, sales and project management and real estate development. But for as long as I can remember I have had a dream to build my own business, and it was time to go all in.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine and to have the opportunity to combine it with my entrepreneurial drive is a perfect combination. I am excited to now focus on building an extraordinary business helping people realize their own real estate goals, while having the flexibility and freedom to be there for my family along the way. When I am not on calls buying and selling real estate you will find me having fun with my kids, exercising, or hopefully cooking something delicious for my family.

Steve Enns, Owner

 After 12 years of working – and enjoying – the field of sales for IT companies, I became tired of the daily 9 to 5 grind and I was ready for freedom and to fulfill my lifelong dream of running my own business. From an early age I eagerly watched my parents successfully buy properties, fix them up and then sell them. It’s kind of ingrained in me but I also naturally love it.

By combining real estate sales and my experience of helping clients accomplish their goals I found my sweet spot. Whether it’s working with people to help sell their home, hiring and inspiring our employees, helping others start up their businesses, or giving back to the community – these are now my daily tasks and they truly fulfill me.

Beyond the amazing work I now do, I make sure to also dedicate time to my son, family, love of sports and to some tranquility.
